I WANT TO PREPARE SAUSE OF CALÇOTS


INGREDIENTS


-250 g toasted almonds

-7 hazelnut raw

- 2 biscuits or 2 carquinyolis

-10 fried tomatoes

-Salt and paprika

-3/4 litre olive oil

-125 cl vinegar

-Some parsley

-1 fried garlic

-2 Garlic raw


PREPARATION


1.Put all the ingredients into blender until it is a fine tilth

2.Put a little bit more of salt and pepper

3.Now you can eat them.

4. Enjoy your meal.
