RECIPE TO MAKE A CAKE
In Spain, some people sometimes at the weekend eat Cakes. For birthdays, parties,...
Cake is a traditional and popular food from Spain.
It's very easy to make and it's delicious. It's a form of food that is usually sweet.

INGREDIENTS
-Four eggs
-Two cups of sugar
-Some lemons
-A little bit of brandy
-Half cup of oil
-One yoghurt
-Three cups of flour
-A packet of royal
-Fruit or chocolate for decorate

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Take a bowl and put four eggs.
2.Put two cups of sugar in the bowl and stir.
3.Streak some lemons and put in the bowl, a little bit of brandy and stir.
4.Put a glass of milk or yoghurt, take the cup of yoghurt, put oil and stir.
5.Put three cups of flour in the bowl and stir.
6.Put a packet of royal and stir.
7.Put it in the bowl.
8.Put in the oven forty-five minutes.
9.Then decorate.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Grate 100g of chocolate and cut into 12 pieces, chop remaining nuts.
2. Put in a saucepan the butter and sugar and heat until melted.
3. Remove and add the flour, the cocoa and salt.

4. Add nuts , grated chocolate and mix eggs with cream. Mix gently.
5. Fill the muffins molds with a spoon. Place a piece of chocolate in the center and fill up the 3/4 of the mold with the mixture.
6. Cook in the oven 20 minutes at 180·. It is punktured in the center.
7. Removed from the oven, wait until it will be cool and remove from the mold before serving.

BREAD WITH TOMATOES


BREAD WITH TOMATOES

INGREDIENTS:

-Rustic-style bread.

-2 large, round, ripe tomatoes.

-2 large, cloves of garlic.

-Extra virgin olive oil.

-Salt to taste.

OPCIONAL: If you wish, add sliced Spanish cheese, chorizzo or ham.

HOW TO MAKE:

1.If using a baguette, cut to pieces about 4-5 inches long.

2.Then, slice the pieces horitzontally, as you would when making a sandwitch.

3.If you are using a rounder, wider type of bread, slice of one pieces, which will have lots of crust and set aside for another use.

4.Then slice the rest of the loaf into pieces about 3/4 inch thick.
