COMPOSITION

Easter is fun because I can get up when I want and I can go to sleep when I want. I went to la Riba and to the swimming pool at the Fornàs (in Valls). On Saturday I went to eat the Mona at my cousin's'house.
On Sunday we ate easter eggs .
I celebrated my dad's birthday on the 29th of March.

COMPOSITION

This Easter it was very funny because I did a lot of things with my friends and with my brother and with my cousins.
The first day of Easter I played with my cousin Lorena, she is one year old.
I played a lot with my computer games, I listened to music and a I "danced".
On Saturday we coloured eggs, it was very funny, later I went to play in the parc "La Societat" with my cousin and with my brother Cosmin.
On Sunday I lost my keys, it was horrible, later I played hide and seek with Cosmin, Adi, Jacob, Anuar and Sebastian.
At eight o'clock I prepared my school bag.
This was my Easter time.

Easter is great because I did a lot of things. On Saturday I ate la mona. I usually got up at 10 a'clock but I never got up at 4 a 'clock. On Friday I went to play tennis and football with my dad. On Thursday I won a prize of Barbera de la Conca. Every day I had lunch and dinner with my family. On Monday I went shopping in Tarragona and Bonavista.

MY COMPOSITION

Easter is great because I can do a lot of things. I usually got up at eight o'clock,
but I never at ten o'clock. Every day I went to play with my friends. On Monday,
Tuesday and Wednesday my brother Joan and my cousin Marc went to a Campus
of Futbol Club Barcelona. On Monday, me, my brother Ramon and my mum went
to Valls to the supermarket, in the afternooon we went to the park.
On Tuesday we went to la Selva del Camp to the swimming pool, in this swimming pool there are
five or six pools, this swimming pool is fantastic.
On Thurday Joan and Marc went to the zoo and to the museum of chocolate, in the evening Joan went to Barberà.
Me and my mum went shopping at Reus. On Friday I went to my friend's house to had
dinner in a big room with a lot of people. On Sunday I went to had lunch with my family
and I ate the mona.

Easter is fantastic !!!

My Easter

Easter is great. One day I'm going to eat my easter cake. It has got a big chocolate egg on the cake.
I Iike the easter cake because is sweet and delicious. At easter, I went to Barcelona with my cousins. My friends came to my house.
My friends and me went to "les eres" to play and run. This easter was very very fun, because I went to Barcelona.
I ate my easter cake and I did a lot of things more.

I couldn't go to the beach because the weather was bad.

TRADITIONAL

SPANISH FOOD

RECIPE TO MAKE A CAKE

In Spain, some people sometimes at the weekend eat Cakes. For birthdays, parties,...

Cake is a traditional and popular food from Spain.

It's very easy to make and it's delicious. It's a form of food that is usually sweet.

INGREDIENTS

-Four eggs

-Two cups of sugar

-Some lemons

-A little bit of brandy

-Half cup of oil

-One yoghurt

-Three cups of flour

-A packet of royal

-Fruit or chocolate for decorate

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Take a bowl and put four eggs.

2.Put two cups of sugar in the bowl and stir.

3.Streak some lemons and put in the bowl, a little bit of brandy and stir.

4.Put a glass of milk or yoghurt, take the cup of yoghurt, put oil and stir.

5.Put three cups of flour in the bowl and stir.

6.Put a packet of royal and stir.

7.Put it in the bowl.

8.Put in the oven forty-five minutes.

9.Then decorate.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Grate 100g of chocolate and cut into 12 pieces, chop remaining nuts.

2. Put in a saucepan the butter and sugar and heat until melted.

3. Remove and add the flour, the cocoa and salt.

4. Add nuts , grated chocolate and mix eggs with cream. Mix gently.

5. Fill the muffins molds with a spoon. Place a piece of chocolate in the center and fill up the 3/4 of the mold with the mixture.

6. Cook in the oven 20 minutes at 180·. It is punktured in the center.

7. Removed from the oven, wait until it will be cool and remove from the mold before serving.

BREAD WITH TOMATOES

BREAD WITH TOMATOES

INGREDIENTS:

-Rustic-style bread.

-2 large, round, ripe tomatoes.

-2 large, cloves of garlic.

-Extra virgin olive oil.

-Salt to taste.

OPCIONAL: If you wish, add sliced Spanish cheese, chorizzo or ham.

HOW TO MAKE:

1.If using a baguette, cut to pieces about 4-5 inches long.

2.Then, slice the pieces horitzontally, as you would when making a sandwitch.

3.If you are using a rounder, wider type of bread, slice of one pieces, which will have lots of crust and set aside for another use.

4.Then slice the rest of the loaf into pieces about 3/4 inch thick.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. mix some pasta with the flour, the eggs, and the water and mix them.

INGREDIENTS

-250 g toasted almonds

PREPARATION

I went to Piles and Biure de Gaià on Friday 7th of November.

She came the castanyera.

She gave me chestnuts.

I don't like chestnuts.
